New outfit $10.00. New stuffed monkey $6.00. New wooden tool bench $7.00. Sitting in an empty cardboard box with tissue and wrapping paper.... PRICELESS!! By far, this was the thing Avery enjoyed most this morning. It does sum up what the holiday is about though... it isn't what is inside the pretty packages that matters - spending time with family and friends is what truly matters and makes the holiday special.

This SO reminds me of Jen's first Christmas... The latest toys, the cutest outfits and she wanted the boxes and her little shoes! Avery is bringing back a lot of sweet memories from Christmas's long ago... And he's starting a new string of memories for Jen and Jason... Merry Christmas :)
That's what I heard, that Avery couldn't keep his eyes off his cousin :) They'll be great pals as they grow up over the years!
The "box" thing sounds so familiar. Avery is such a good little guy! He had a very nice Christmas with family. HE IS LOVED.
