Jen has been out of state for a few days and Avery and I have been left to take care of each other. I have had the best time with Avery. He’s been talking non-stop about everything, and it has been great to spend the time with him.

He's got all the important concepts down :) Thanks to his great mom and dad... What a great opportunity for the dad to have full responsibility for a few days... broadens everyone's perspective, including the mom when she is 'out of the loop' and has a bit of time to experience her guys from a distance... Sweetest when you're all together!
It has been very interesting to come home. I've been informed of the new 'wake-up and dress immediately routine'. I missed being home tremedously... but it is a great experience for my 4 boys to be home without me!
