These are Avery's shoes. I'm questioning the necessity of these shoes. His feet only touch the ground when he's indoors. Does he need to wear them? jgr

Well, sneakers are the hardest thing for a child to walk in because they drag on all the rugs, because of the rubber soles, etc. What ever happened to the "baby shoes" I would put on moccasin type stockings!!! But, I am "old" fashioned :)
I have this exact pair of NB. This 'mini-me' version rocks. How cute - I bet you could fit three of his shoes in one of mine!
I advocate bare feet for everyone whenever possible... Sandals for protection of soles in the summer, boots or heavy shoes in the winter... He's just lucky he'll never have to endure heels :)
We need to get him a pair of old fashioned baby shoes. These are hand-me downs from cousin Isabelle... they are super cute but don't stay on his feet very well. Avery looks SO grown up with sneakers on!! He still doesn't seem to anxious to walk on his own... he likes standing holding onto things much better.
I'm such a sucker for baby "big people sneakers". I've got 3 pairs for rylee already. Actually, I'm a sucker for adult big people sneakers, too. ;)
